Mentoring is considered an important part of all BoysTown programs, recognising that the most successful people in the world attribute much of their success to having a caring, supportive and knowledgeable mentor.

BoysTown's Mentor-One (M1) program offers specialised support for young people disengaging from school, encouraging them to view school, training and work as relevant, worthwhile, positive and fulfilling.

M1 is funded by the Federal Department of Family and Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA) and was developed in association with local governments, community organisations, the Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE and Education Queensland.

This service is offered in the Redlands and Logan, Queensland.
