- Employment and training services commenced in Adelaide, South Australia
- BoysTown Employment Service opened in Campbelltown and Blacktown, Sydney, New South Wales
- Pre-employment services expanded in southeast Queensland

2005

- Training services and school to work programs expanded to Ipswich, Redlands and Carole Park in Queensland and Port Pirie, South Australia

2004

- Parmenie opened as a family violence refuge
- Parentline expanded to the Northern Territory
- Employment and training services began in Port Pirie, South Australia
- School to work programs began in Logan, Queensland

2003

- BoysTown became an incorporated entity operating under an independent Board
- San Miguel became a BoysTown service
- BoysTown Employment Service opened in Woodridge, Queensland
- Services commenced in Deception Bay and Capalaba, Queensland

2001

- Residential services ceased at Beaudesert, Queensland

1999

- Kids Helpline commenced online counselling

1996

- Glugor House parenting program for young mothers, opened in Logan, Queensland

- Parentline began in Queensland

1991

- Kids Helpline telephone counselling services began in Queensland
- Youth welfare and advocacy services were established in Logan
- Kids Helpline expanded nationally
