Skilling Queenslanders for Work provides young people aged 15 to 25 years with job preparation training and valuable work experience.

Young people are given the opportunity to obtain the accredited Certificate I in Skills for the Future, with the majority progressing to further training or employment. They are also able to develop work skills through experience in community construction and landscaping projects.

Skilling Queenslanders for Work is funded by the Queensland Government Department of Employment and Industrial Relations.

This service is offered in Deception Bay, Redlands, Inala, Logan and Ipswich, Queensland.
