Youth Pathways helps 'at-risk' young people complete Year 12, or its equivalent, and move on to further education, training or employment.

This can be via school or non-school-based education. The program seeks to reduce the number of early school leavers who do not enter into further education, training or employment within one year of leaving school.

Youth Pathways is funded by the Australian Government.

This service is offered in Redlands, Queensland.
